Application Background

In order to ensure the sealing of power lithium battery, the conventional method is to inject the electrolyte into the battery module through the injection hole, then install the sealing pin, and then fill the gap between the sealing pin and the lithium battery shell by welding. The raw materials, production process and technology of power lithium battery production determine that its production environment is easily polluted, and welding quality problems such as porosity, spatter and other surface defects will appear due to environmental pollutants and technology.

Power lithium battery weld detection is very important, but the current visual inspection scheme has high rate of missing and false detection.
