Like the previous generation products, S028 series is also based on phase-shifting structured light technology. Its shooting speed is significantly improved, and the full cycle frame rate can reach 20.3fps. It is the first industrial 3D camera that adopts phase-shifting structured light technology and can be used to shoot video.
Compared with similar products on the market at present, S028 series takes the lead in improving the z-axis repeatability accuracy of 3D structured light camera to a new order of magnitude - the z-axis area repeatability accuracy is as high as 50nm. Considering the complexity and variability of the site conditions during the project implementation, S028 series realizes various functions such as shooting control, reconstruction and point cloud processing through hardware calculation. S028 series is in the leading position in the world in terms of speed, accuracy and other performance. The imaging integrity has been greatly improved on the basis of the previous generation of products. The powerful performance of S series can meet the needs of most industrial testing sites, give users more choices during project implementation, and ensure the implementation efficiency of 3D visual testing projects.
